Our Mission

We really believe that, human minds can be made to be innovative with appropriate training. Innovation need not necessarily come from only geniuses and people with high IQ but can originate from anyone, if they know how to approach a given problem from a different perspective.

TMIRE MakerSpace has been founded by Ms. Kavitha Thankaian, who has holds a Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science Engineering as was a Researcher in Germany. She has spent more than two decades of her professional life in Europe working for various organizations like the Fraunhofer Research Institute and the European Space Operations Centre, ESA, Germany.

TMIRE MakerSpace has been founded in memory of her father, late Mr. Thankaian who was an Electrical Engineer by profession and had worked for more than three decades at The Indian Rare Earths Limited and then being a Consultant at V.V. Minerals.

TMIRE MakerSpace's mission is to train Students or young minds from Universities and Engineering Colleges in the field of Space Education and Technology so as to increase their employability skills.
